Dubai: As the Ruler of Dubai, UAE Vice President, and Prime Minister, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued Decree No. 69 of 2024 regarding the Board of Trustees of The British University in Dubai, to be chaired by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

The Decree specifies the members of the Board of Trustees, which include the University’s Vice-Chancellor, Ahmad Buti Al Muhairbi, Sheikha Hind Ali Rashid Al Mualla, and Muna Faisal Al Gurg. Additionally, the Board will have one representative each from Dubai Holding, the British Council in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Emirates NBD, Rolls-Royce International Limited, the British Chamber of Commerce Dubai, and Atkins.

The Board of Trustees will serve a three-year term beginning from the date of the Decree's issuance, with representatives nominated by their respective organizations.

The Decree takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.

दुबई: दुबई के शासक, यूएई के उपराष्ट्रपति और प्रधान मंत्री, महामहिम शेख मोहम्मद बिन राशिद अल मकतूम ने दुबई में ब्रिटिश विश्वविद्यालय के न्यासी बोर्ड के संबंध में 2024 की डिक्री संख्या 69 जारी की है, जिसकी अध्यक्षता शेख अहमद बिन सईद अल मकतूम करेंगे।

डिक्री में ट्रस्टी बोर्ड के सदस्यों को निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति अहमद बूटी अल मुहैरबी, शेखा हिंद अली राशिद अल मुअल्ला और मुना फैसल अल गुर्ग शामिल हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, बोर्ड में दुबई होल्डिंग, दुबई और उत्तरी अमीरात में ब्रिटिश काउंसिल, अमीरात एनबीडी, रोल्स-रॉयस इंटरनेशनल लिमिटेड, ब्रिटिश चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स दुबई और एटकिंस से एक-एक प्रतिनिधि होगा।

ट्रस्टी बोर्ड डिक्री जारी होने की तारीख से तीन साल का कार्यकाल पूरा करेगा, जिसमें उनके संबंधित संगठनों द्वारा प्रतिनिधियों को नामित किया जाएगा।

यह डिक्री इसके जारी होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी और आधिकारिक राजपत्र में प्रकाशित की जाएगी।
